STILLNESS IN MOTION

Stillness in Motion Yin Yoga Training is an intensive program designed for those who wish to deepen their practice of Yin Yoga and share their knowledge with others. During this training, participants gain a profound understanding of the principles and techniques of Yin Yoga, as well as the skills necessary to effectively teach it.

The main focus of the training is to learn how to practice and teach Yin Yoga postures, which are characterized by their passive, gentle, and sustained nature over a prolonged period of time. Participants explore the anatomy and biomechanics of the body, as well as the energetic and philosophical concepts associated with Yin Yoga.

In addition to asanas (postures), breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation are taught to promote calmness and mindfulness during the practice. The principles of energy flow and the application of mindful attention in Yin Yoga are also explored. Throughout the training, participants have the opportunity to develop their teaching skills through the practice of Yin Yoga sequences, posture correction, and guiding guided meditations. Creativity and adaptability are encouraged to tailor classes to the individual needs and limitations of students. Furthermore, information is provided on anatomy and common injuries related to Yin Yoga, so that teachers can provide a safe and effective practice for their students.

Topics such as teacher ethics and creating an inclusive and respectful classroom environment are also addressed.

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a Yin Yoga 50HR YACEP certificate.

Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training provides participants with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to teach Yin Yoga safely, effectively, and meaningfully, sharing the benefits of this transformative practice with others.
