Stillness in Motion Yin Yoga Teacher Training is an intensive program designed for those who wish to deepen their practice of Yin Yoga and share their knowledge with others. During this training, participants gain a profound understanding of the principles and techniques of Yin Yoga, as well as the skills necessary to effectively teach it.

The main focus of the training is to learn how to practice and teach Yin Yoga postures, which are characterised by their passive, gentle, and sustained nature over a prolonged period of time. Participants explore the anatomy and biomechanics of the body, as well as the energetic and philosophical concepts associated with Yin Yoga.

In addition to asanas (postures), breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation are taught to promote calmness and mindfulness during the practice. The principles of energy flow and the application of mindful attention in Yin Yoga are also explored. Throughout the training, participants have the opportunity to develop their teaching skills through the practice of Yin Yoga sequences, posture correction, and guiding guided meditations. Creativity and adaptability are encouraged to tailor classes to the individual needs and limitations of students. Furthermore, information is provided on anatomy and common injuries related to Yin Yoga, so that teachers can provide a safe and effective practice for their students.

Topics such as teacher ethics and creating an inclusive and respectful classroom environment are also addressed.

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a Yin Yoga 50HRS Teacher certificate.

Her classes are designed to help the students to connect with their mind, body, and soul, while also experiencing the joy and the freedom of Organic movements.

Anaÿs has always been drawn to the expressive and graceful movements of Caribbean dance and Flamenco. It's something that has been a part of her life since she was born. As she continued to explore different ways of performing, she stumbled upon vinyasa yoga for the first time in 2009. And since then, She hasn't been able to stop herself from diving deeper into the magic effects that this practice has to offer her.

After Her initial encounter with vinyasa yoga, it didn't take her long to realize that She wanted to study it in greater detail. As she delved deeper, she found that it brought about a positive transformation in her way of living and helped her to connect with herself on a deeper level.

Over the years, She has been fortunate enough to study and teach yoga in different places in the world.
Along the way, She had the opportunity to learn from some of the most inspiring teachers such as Olga Oskorbina, Jules Febre, Myrjam Wagner, Simon Park, Rohil Jethmalani, and many more
Their teachings have helped her to enhance her skills as a yoga teacher and to broaden her understanding of the practice

Nowadays, as a teacher, She aims to share her experience and knowledge with others. She offers a variety of yoga classes, including Vinyasa, Yin; and Nidra yoga, always trying to incorporate the organic movements and touch of her dance experience into her sessions. She believes that this adds a unique dimension to her classes, which she likes to call a YIN YANG experience.
