Anaÿs has always been drawn to the expressive and graceful movements of Caribbean dance and Flamenco. It has been a part of her life since she was born. As she continued to explore different ways of performing, she stumbled upon vinyasa yoga for the first time in 2009. And since then, She hasn’t been able to stop herself from diving deeper into the magic effects that this practice has to offer her. After Her initial encounter with vinyasa yoga, it didn't take her long to realize that She wanted to study it in greater detail. As she delved deeper, she found that it brought about a positive transformation in her way of living and helped her to connect with herself on a deeper level. Over the years, She has been fortunate enough to study and teach yoga in different places worldwide. Along the way, She had the opportunity to learn from some of the most inspiring teachers such as Olga Oskorbina, Jules Febre, Myrjam Wagner, Simon Park, Rohil Jethmalani, and many more. Their teachings have helped her to enhance her skills as a yoga teacher and to broaden her understanding of the practice. Nowadays, as a teacher, She aims to share her experience and knowledge with others. She offers a variety of yoga classes, including Vinyasa, Yin, and Nidra yoga, always trying to incorporate the organic movements and touch of her dance experience into her sessions. She believes this adds a unique dimension to her classes, which she calls a YIN YANG experience. Her classes are designed to help the students to connect with their mind, body, and soul, while also experiencing the joy and the freedom of Organic movements.
